Acknowledging your Angels!

I often hear people say that they get discouraged because they can’t hear or see any evidence of their Angels or their “Higher Self”.  I know it can appear this way at times, but once you look in the right place, you will see that our Angels are always there, always guiding and showing us the way back to our path of personal truth.  This loving wisdom comes in many forms, in an inspirational book, in the listening ear of a friend, in a teacher’s words, in a dream, in the raindrops that bring us our food.  This love is all around us and moves through us and through everyone that we come in contact with.  Our Creator, the Great Spirit is not a personification, it is an energy that moves through and animates all that it comes in contact with.  Look for it as it moves through you and your life, like energy moving through the ocean waves, unseen within itself, but lifting the water up and setting it down. 

As I thought about this, I began to see all the Angelic visitations throughout my life, like beautiful lights turning on, they emerged as though stars cascading into my life, illuminating it.  And my heart opened with such gratitude that I felt like I embraced all of creation!  This inspired me to write my Acknowledging my Angels list.  I invite you to make a list of your own!

All this time, we have had miraculous Angelic visitations happening, our personal saviors, our teachers and those that have, through their quiet action, given us gifts beyond measure and led us out of our darkest rooms.  The ways the Angels have woven threads of love through our lives is breathtaking.  Open up to this, and see how they have worked through you too!

To all those on my list -- God did move through you, God is the love that moves through all of us.

My List of Thanks

This list is unfinished, ever changing and growing ever becoming more conscious of the Angelic handiwork in me and in my life!  Once you start looking for it, you can truly see that you’ve been in the midst of heaven all along!  Let your eyes see it!

My father – After he passed away, I was cleaning out his things and in his ‘important drawer’ (where he kept his most sacred objects), he had the little things that my siblings and I had made him as children.  His unconditional love for the tiny Beings that have long since faded into these middle-age people was held timeless in that aging paperweight, in the rusty toolbox and in the little cards he read so many times.

My sons – The miracle that is you, reflects back my divinity, allowing me to see that magic can indeed move through me.  I am proud of you beyond words, thanks for blessing my life with your presence.

My grandsons – Your innocence and laughter lights up the world, illuminating it for all to find their way.

My sister – She is my Angel, and I miss her earthly presence.  My dear sweet sister who always had a smile reserved just for me and always welcomed me into her life and made me feel special.  The Angels moved through you in countless ways.

My mother – Your quiet wisdom was like a gentle spring rain, it watered the thirsty soul and allowed it to sprout it’s own wisdom.  Your words could make any sadness go away.  Your warm hugs were safety personified.   

Neville – For your brilliance and companionship on this blessed path of awakening and remembering.

My daughters-in-law – So happy to have you in my life.

The guy that left $10 tips – I was the sole support of my children and there were times when there weren’t enough hours in the day to earn the money we had to have.  Right when things seemed out of control, an Angel came in the form of a customer at the restaurant where I was waiting tables.  Every Saturday for several months, he would come in and eat and would leave me a $10 tip.  In those days, that $40 a month bought a lot of groceries.  I am grateful for your generosity.

Jane Roberts, Robert Butts and Seth – The first thing I ever read that explained the experiences I had had my whole life.  Truly a GODSEND.

Bartholomew/Alan Watts/Carlos Castenada/Leadbeater/Florence Shinn and many other authors - For expanding my consciousness and opening me up to the wisdom that comes from within.

My friend Tom – Giving me side-work that really helped.  Being a friend when I really could have used one.

My friend Judy – Where do I start?

My friend Brad – Always there, always supportive.  You embody the kindness of the Angels.  You remind us all that unconditional love is possible.

Paul – Helping me fix my car when there wasn’t money to go to a garage. 

All those that have come for readings/sessions/classes – Allowing me to assist you on your path has been a gift beyond measure and your commitment to yourself is inspiring.  Thanks for sharing your story and letting me grow with you!

The man that helped me change a tire on the side of a busy road.

The lady that paid for her purchase with coins, she reminded me that it was okay to stand still.

My car for waiting for me to pull into my parking spot before it broke down.

Nancy - for showing me so many natural health remedies.

Donnie/David/Wayne/Pat/Rick/Thom/Lei/Scott/Jerry/Dan/Rusty and many others - For volunteering their time every week to help us produce Telepathic TV in Fairfax and for your friendship.  I love you all!

Tom/Susan/Mike/Tom/Marianne/George/John/Martyn and many others - For volunteering their time to help us produce Telepathic TV in Arlington and for your friendship.  I love you all!

All those that come to our classes and potlucks and to all those that 'get it', thanks for your support!
