We hold most of our classes and private sessions at our Reston address (2210 Coppersmith Square, Reston, VA 20191). If you are having a phone session, you can call Mary or Neville at 703-860-2333 at the agreed upon time.
We are air live every Thursday night at 8:30 p.m. in the Merrifield studio and every 2nd and 4th Friday at 8:30 p.m. in our Arlington Studio. You are always welcome to join us, there is no charge. Please call or email to let us know you're coming just in case there is some reason we are not taping that night.
